I am an A+ Certified IT Technician. Computers are my expertise, people are my passion. My first job was in customer service, and the values that I learned there have stayed with me ever since.
I am in the Hoover area, and trying to build up my work experience. I have been fixing pc's and helping friends with their computer woes for years, but as of yet do not have any credible work experience in my chosen field.

My resume is saved in the Rich Text Formatting (.rtf) file type, it is easily opened on any operating system, in almost any document editing programs.
